I am Kshitija, the founder of "Wellness with Kshitija." My journey began in July 2014 as an international Zumba instructor, where I found immense joy in helping my clients become healthier and more confident. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with over 3000 clients, online and offline, each one contributing to my growth and passion for fitness.

With a strong desire to expand my expertise, I pursued professional certifications and gained vast knowledge in the field. I became a certified yoga teacher and a specialist in prenatal and postnatal fitness. As a mother, I understand the unique challenges women face during pregnancy, and I am passionate about guiding them through a safe and healthy journey.

I've also had the opportunity to work with clients facing various health conditions, helping them achieve incredible results through consistency, mindfulness, and personalized lifestyle changes. My approach is holistic, focusing on creating tailored fitness plans that cater to each individual's needs.
